With the retirement of Charles & Esme van Wyk, Kweekkraal is moving to a new phase in its long history. In order to preserve the estate as a place of calm and rest, a Close Corporation is being formed to buy the farm, and nine investors are invited to become Members with a right to build a cottage of their own design. Only ten individuals can be Members, and the existing owner will become the tenth Member, with the right to use the main house and some other buildings. Planning permission for the additional cottages has now been obtained (Click Here) and Pam Golding Properties are now marketing Membership Interests in the Close Corporation. |
